Does exactly what it says

Which is more than I can say for at least one iPhone app that was supposed to email me the ringtones using my address book.
So this way it takes a while, typing all your tones out. Since you might have to type out phoenetically some of the names of your friends thats not a huge deal.
I suggest making caller ID style ringtones for only those contacts you really care to have announced. It takes a while going through your phone to set all of them, but you only do that once.
